Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Due to their staffing issues, my order had to be delivered earlier than requested, even though I had more than 5 days notice given. In the past, it was my experience that the non-vase bouquet was delivered in a box. This pictured item, though lovely, would have been a problem if the delivery was left at the door as I had described. The recipient was very happy with the flowers. A lovely seasonal bouquet was purchased and delivered.
