About Flowers 'a la Carte
We are a family owned floral boutique shop located in Carmel Mountain Ranch (in between Poway and Rancho Bernardo). We have been happily serving our loyal customers and community for over 25 years! We just love what we do and the people we get to meet through flowering.We truly believe that flowers are to be experienced and enjoyed, like good food and great company.
We take the utmost pride in our shop, designs, quality, and exceptional service. We work hard to make sure that you have a fresh variety to choose from every week. A few times a week we meticulously hand pick our flowers from a variety of growers so that you can be assured it is the best and freshest product available.
Just as every flower is different, so are the people and occasions you are buying flowers for. We offer specialty blooms
and personalized service, as only a small shop can. We also offer wedding service large and small. Give us a call!

Please call our shop if you would like SAME-DAY Delivery. Our cut-off time is 9:00am for online orders, but sometimes if you call the shop, we may be able to accommodate your needs!
-- SUBSITUTION POLICY --
Our product photos may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Due to the nature of our artful products, We honor returns on a case-by-case basis. Please submit your issue to us via email or phone call.
-- CANCELLATION POLICY --
All orders are considered custom and made specifically for you. A 1-day advance notice is required when cancelling your order (of up to $250) for a full refund. A 3-day advance notice is required for cancelling your order (of $251-$500), for a full refund. Orders above $500+ and/or event orders require 2-weeks cancellation notice. If cancellation is made past the allotted period, 50% will be refunded for orders up to $500. Orders $500+ and event/special orders are non-refundable within 24 hours of event date.
