We've been using Flowers a la Cart for a few years now. Generally special occasions. I ordered the Designer's Choice - Peachy Tones with some special instructions. The bouquet arrived on time but was not what I was picturing. I emailed the shop and heard back from the owner. Not only did they offer to make good, they went above and beyond in doing so. We were customers prior. Now we are loyal customers for life. - Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference. Now if someone asks if I know a florist there's only 1 I will be recommending.

This florist creates spectacular arrangements. This one was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately in this case, the beautiful wood container was split apart at two corners with nails exposed. It leaked water. I will share this feedback with the company and will not let this stop me from using them again to create stellar arrangements for my mother. Marla S.
